-patch No. 33 of the 28th. of last January, I have the

honour to repeat the recomendation made in my Despatch

No. 376 of the 3rd. of last December, which I base upon the

following grounds, viz.:-

entitle them to special treatment, for Mr. G. A. Woodcock

was doing the work of a post and a half, while Mr. C. A. D...
